WOD 1
Athletes can sit on rower before the beginning of workout but can't touch the handles of rowing machine before timer starts. On the 3,2,1 go athlete starts part A, when 1000 meters are finished, time displayed on monitor is score for part A. Time cap for part A is 5minutes.
If part A is finished before the 5 minutes time cap athlete starts part B right away, if athlete is caped score is meters on the monitor at 5 minute. Score for part B is total time needed for both parts. Every rep that is not performed as described in movement standards will add 3 seconds to total time.
