10 synchro single DB burpee box step overs
Max calories on a ski and bike erg in remaining time
(Athletes must switch machines after round 1)

16/20 calories on each machine

Round 5:
Max calorie ski - switch as desired. Partner must be holding two dumbbells in farmers hold for the ski to be working
