The Island Games - the Mediterranean's Fitness Festival , is returning to Malta in 2027 for another EPIC weekend of fitness under the sun. Please note there will be 2 days of workouts with the first day Friday 14th May being an arrival day including check ins, briefings and other activities to be announced later.
There are three categories to choose from:
• Everyday
• Intermediate
• Elite
Teams must be made up of two males and two females. With a number of workouts across the weekend, expect barbells, dumbbells and a variety of different movements alongside the sun, sea and sand aimed at testing all aspects of fitness and teamwork.
